Moreover, it has made the process of job searching as easy as a tap of a button. For someone who just graduated in August 2020, it was rather challenging for Shreya to get placed, especially when the pandemic was at its peak. Her attempts in making numerous calls to employers went in vain because none of them were apparently hiring. That is when she turned to an online job portal in the hopes of landing an opportunity somewhere. While a job portal almost sounded like a ‘genie in a phone’ for Shreya, reality struck her only when she opened the app – the homepage was flooded with all kinds of job posts and she was completely baffled as to where to start from.

Moreover, it has made the process of job searching as easy as a tap of a button. Once applicants upload their resume, they can click on the ‘search’ button to find their preferred jobs. Associated with thousands of large and small-scale companies across several sectors, Waahjobs posts all kinds of jobs – from entry-level to managerial-level. If job seekers do not find the desired job, they can create an alert to get notified each time a new job is posted. Currently, Waahjobs operates in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai and Pune and every week, it posts as many as 500 jobs. However, it is not the only platform that caters to both blue-collar and white-collar jobseekers.
